Freisa d'Asti

Made from 100% Freisa grapes cultivated in a vineyard planted using the Guyot technique in 1940, covering almost one hectare of land but with a very low production yield which doesn’t reach 1 tonne of destalked grapes. The vineyard is set on the hillside and the soil has a sandy-limy composition. It is located in the Ravizza hamlet of the municipality of San Paolo Solbrito, in the province of Asti.

Accompaniments:
Ideal with all courses of a meal. It is recommended particularly with starters, rice and pasta dishes and white meats.
