Piemonte Bonarda
Made from 100% Bonarda grapes cultivated in a vineyard planted using the Guyot technique in 1940, covering one third of a hectare of land, with a very low production yield of approximately 0.8 tonnes of grapes. The vineyard is set on the hillside and the soil has a sandy-limy composition. It is located in the Ravizza hamlet of the municipality of San Paolo Solbrito, in the province of Asti.
Accompaniments:
Ideal with all courses of a meal. It is recommended especially with cured meats, rice and pasta dishes, vegetable soups and medium-mature cheeses.
