Barbera d'Asti
Made from 100% Barbera grapes cultivated in a vineyard planted using the Guyot technique in 1940, covering almost one hectare of land, with a very low production yield of approximately 2.5 tonnes of grapes. The vineyard is set on the hillside and the soil has a sandy-limy composition. It is located in the Ravizza hamlet of the municipality of San Paolo Solbrito, in the province of Asti.
Accompaniments:
Excellent with tasty rice and pasta dishes, the ideal companion for roast and braised red meat and game. Excellent with mature cheeses.
